Hank Heath, President
Hank Heath founded On-Site Financial in 1992 after moving from the San Francisco area. After graduating from James Madison University (1982), Hank's career began as a CPA for a Virginia firm and for Price Waterhouse in San Francisco. Since founding On-Site Financial, his emphasis has been on developing new services and building a team of leaders. Hank is an active member of the American Electronic Association Finance Committee, Financial Executives Networking Group, American Association of Finance and Accounting, and is a past board member and officer of the Oregon Entrepreneurs Forum. Hank enjoys an active life with 3 teenagers, and in his spare time enjoys competing in tennis and basketball, watching the University of Oregon Ducks play, and traveling to sunny spots.

Wendy joined On-Site after a career as the District Sales Manager of DBM, a global human capital management and transitions firm. Her professional background includes 15 years experience in sales management, training and development, change management, career counseling, recruiting and selection; and 10 years prior legal experience. Wendy has worked with a diverse group of organizations in a variety of industries including: high technology, finance, public sector, retail, telecommunications, transportation and healthcare. Wendy received a BS from New York University. She is an active member of the Portland Human Resource Management Association, and Co-Chair of the Recruitment & Selection Special Interest Group. In her spare time she enjoys riding her horse California Blue and cooking for her friends and family.

Laura joins On-Site Financial with over 9 years of recruiting experience. She relocated to Portland after a successful career in Recruiting and Business Development targeting Silicon Valley High Tech companies. Upon completion of her Criminal Justice BS from American InterContinental University, plans to relocate for a MS/ PhD program were put on hold, as Portland had won her heart. Laura lives with her two small dogs, is an NPR junkie and a recovering grammar snob.

Alma has over 3 years experience in human resources. She joins On-Site with a background recruiting, and also experience as a development specialist who assists employees and managers in learning soft skills, including career management, change management and retention. Alma obtained her U.S. degree in psychology, with an international business minor from the University of Tennessee, and also has a degree in sociology and pedagogic from Staatliche Fachoberschule in Nuernberg, Germany. In her spare time she loves to cook, go dancing, and travel to Germany and Sweden where her family resides.

Elizabeth Lions started her career in business development more than five years ago. During her tenure, she has met with more than 4,000 hiring managers across Oregon, and has a solid understanding of what it takes to staff and build a solid team. A well-known author, Elizabeth's employment related articles can be found online. Her intent in these writings is to help teach and coach people to find satisfying work, and reveal the mystery of the job hunting process. From time to time, Elizabeth gives presentations to upper level management on retention and attracting top talent. On the weekends, she and her husband can be found riding their custom motorcycle.

Caitlin joins On-Site Financial with a background in office management. She has a wide variety of experience including bookkeeping, marketing, production, and sales support. Her family pedigree includes entrepreneurial parents who own businesses in the creative and livestock industries. Caitlin’s previous position was with the Rotary Club of Portland where she served as the Financial Services Coordinator. Caitlin graduated from Portland State University with a degree in Criminal Justice. In her spare time she enjoys camping, road trips, playing pool and karaoke.
