ON-SITE FINANCIAL SECURES JIM KOTCHIK AS MANAGING DIRECTOR; KEY HIRE SIGNALS COMPANY'S FULL COURT PRESS INTO NEW MARKETS

On-Site Financial’s recent hire of Jim Kotchik, former SVP & CFO of the Portland Trail Blazers, confirms their commitment to penetrate new and larger markets. Over 30 years of financial expertise, strong business ties, and community leadership, have earned Kotchik the power forward position of Managing Director, Business Development effective February 2, 2004. Kotchik will be responsible for introducing On-Site Financial’s Process Improvement, Staffing and Recruiting, and Process Outsourcing services to organizations whose annual revenues exceed $50 million. Kotchik’s broad experience and reputation within the accounting and financial community make him On-Site Financial’s number one pick for their 2004 expansion efforts.

Kotchik’s stats are as impressive as you’ll find on any team roster. As former SVP & CFO of the Portland Trail Blazers, Kotchik led the Finance, IT, HR and Administrative organizations from 1996 (the first season in the Rose Garden) through the 2003 season. Additional career wins include senior management roles at Oregon Arena Corporation, United Grain Corporation, Tektronix and Pricewaterhouse Coopers. Kotchik is a CPA, and earned a B.A. in Accounting and an MBA from the University of Oregon. He is currently President of the Portland Chapter of Financial Executives International and is a member of the Executive Committee of the Accounting Circle at the U of O.
