Is this interview at On-Site Financial for a particular position?

Occasionally we will bring in a candidate to discuss a particular postion if we have an idea of their needs. On-Site Financial is always interested to hear what types of positions you are looking for, and frequently as the interview nears completion, qualified positions will match your criteria and we will discuss them with you at the time of the interview or shortly after.

What can I expect at this interview?

Your On-Site Financial recruiter will meet with you one-on-one and ask you about your work experience and history, career goals, ideal positions and companies you’d like to work for. Your Interview at the Client Site

What should I bring to an interview at the client (potential employer) site?

You should bring extra copies of your resume, a pen and notepad. It is also a good idea to bring the phone number of your recruiter in case you need to contact them, the name of the person you are interviewing with, and directions to the site.

After I’ve met the client (potential employer) in an interview, can I call them directly?

Because the client you interviewed with has an agreement to have On-Site Financial assist them with the hiring process, we ask that you do not contact the client directly. Any questions should be directed to your recruiter, who will be happy to assist you, and can call the client on your behalf.
